Don't Drown is a precision platformer with an underwater theme, simple mechanics and a lot of room for players of all skills to enjoy the game.
Playtime
Experienced players can complete the game in under an hour, with all content unlocked. Since Don't Drown uses leaderboards, players can compete with themselves and others and attempt to complete levels with a higher score or faster time.
Gameplay
In Don't Drown, players are given a limited set of oxygen and time to complete a level. Each level contains 1 to 3 chests. Players must collect at least one treasure in order to complete the level and enter their score in the leaderboard.
Don't Drown's mechanics are simple, swim, pickup and throw chests. Being underwater doesn't have to be slow, a player can use the boost mechanic to increase their speed. Carrying a chest imposes a movement penalty on the player, making traversal potentially harder.
